Publication Ethics Statement

The FISYS (Frontier of Information System and Technology) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and upholding the integrity of scholarly records.

This statement is based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and addresses the responsibilities of editors, reviewers, and authors in ensuring ethical practices in the publication process.

Duties of Editors

  • Ensure fair, unbiased, and timely peer review of submitted manuscripts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all submissions.
  • Prevent conflicts of interest in editorial decisions.
  • Take appropriate action in cases of suspected misconduct.

Duties of Reviewers

  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the review process.
  • Declare any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Report any ethical concerns, such as plagiarism or data fabrication.

Duties of Authors

  • Submit original works free from plagiarism and unethical practices.
  • Ensure accuracy of data, methods, and findings.
  • Disclose all sources of funding and potential conflicts of interest.
  • Acknowledge contributions of others appropriately.
  • Do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously.
