Deposit Policy

The FISYS (Frontier of Information System and Technology) deposit policy ensures transparency, accessibility, and compliance with international open access standards.

Authors are allowed and encouraged to deposit all versions of their articles in institutional and subject repositories, as well as on their personal or professional websites. This aligns with our commitment to Open Access and ensures wider dissemination and visibility of research.

Permitted Versions for Deposit:
  • Pre-print: Author’s draft before peer review.
  • Post-print: Accepted version after peer review (Author Accepted Manuscript).
  • Publisher’s version/PDF: Final published version (Version of Record).
Repository Compatibility:

Deposits may be made in institutional repositories, national libraries, subject repositories (such as arXiv or SSRN), or author’s personal webpages. All deposits must include proper citation to the original publication in FISYS.

This deposit policy follows the guidelines of the SHERPA/RoMEO classification for self-archiving policies.
