Author Guidelines

Guidelines for authors submitting manuscripts to FISYS (Frontier of Information System and Technology).

Authors are invited to submit original research papers, review articles, or technical reports in the field of Information Systems and Technology. All submissions must strictly follow the journal’s formatting and ethical standards.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
  • Length: Articles should be between 6,000–8,000 words including references.
  • Format: Use Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX. Follow the journal’s template.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words with 3–5 keywords.
  • Structure: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
  • References: APA 7th edition citation style is required.
  • Figures & Tables: Must be clear, numbered, and referenced in the text.

Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online submission system (OJS).
  • Authors must register before submitting.
  • Each submission will be checked for plagiarism (minimum similarity below 20%).
  • All authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published or under consideration elsewhere.
  • Corresponding author is responsible for communication during the review and publication process.

Ethical Responsibilities

Authors are expected to adhere to the Publication Ethics Statement of FISYS, which prohibits plagiarism, duplicate submission, and unethical research practices. Any violation may result in rejection or retraction of the article.
