Withdrawal of Manucript

Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript from consideration must submit an official request to the editorial office of SITASI: Journal of Islamic Studies and Inclusive Education. Withdrawal is only permitted under specific circumstances and must be carried out with full transparency and in accordance with ethical publishing standards.

To request a withdrawal, the corresponding author must send an email to the journal editor with a clear explanation of the reason for withdrawal. This request must be signed by all co-authors to ensure mutual consent.

Important Notes:

  • Manuscript withdrawal is not allowed once the manuscript has entered the final stage of publication (i.e., has been accepted and scheduled for publication).
  • Authors who withdraw manuscripts without proper justification after the peer-review process may be blacklisted from future submissions to this journal.
  • Manuscripts that are withdrawn after being accepted may be subject to a withdrawal fee to compensate for editorial and peer-review work already undertaken.

The editorial board of SITASI reserves the right to take necessary actions in cases of unethical withdrawal or suspected misconduct. Authors are encouraged to communicate clearly and professionally throughout the withdrawal process to maintain academic integrity.
