Deposit Policy (Self-Archiving)

NeuroLingua permits and encourages authors to deposit any version of their manuscript in repositories and personal websites at any time, in line with DOAJ transparency and Scopus CSAB policy requirements.

Versions Allowed

  • Preprint (Submitted Version): allowed at any time.
  • Accepted Manuscript (AAM / post-peer-review, pre-typeset): allowed immediately upon acceptance.
  • Version of Record (VoR / published PDF): allowed immediately upon publication.

Repository Types

  • Institutional and subject repositories.
  • Author’s personal or departmental websites.
  • Preprint servers relevant to the field.

Citation & DOI

Deposits must include: full citation of the published article, the DOI link, and the license statement “This work is licensed under CC BY 4.0.”

License and Embargo

All versions may be shared under CC BY 4.0. No embargo applies.

Publisher’s PDF

Authors may link to or deposit the Publisher’s PDF (Version of Record) provided that the DOI is included and the file retains the journal layout and copyright notice.
